Please do not include passwords, identity documents, financial information, medical information or other sensitive personal data in an inquiry.

We use inquiry information to understand your request, route it to the appropriate person, respond and maintain a record of the conversation.

We may use aggregated, non-identifying patterns to improve the inquiry experience.

Inquiry information is stored in the website’s configured database and is available through the protected inquiry inbox. Nakshatr intends to retain an inquiry only while it is useful for the stated purpose, operational records or applicable obligations.

A final retention schedule remains to be established.

Nakshatr does not sell public-site inquiry information. Information may be handled by service providers used to operate the website, store inquiries or deliver configured inquiry notifications, subject to their service terms and appropriate configuration.

The public website does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. A theme preference may be stored in your browser so the light or dark choice can persist.

The private admin area uses a strictly necessary, HTTP-only session cookie after a successful sign-in.

You may ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information by using the contact form and clearly identifying the earlier inquiry. Nakshatr may need reasonable identity verification before acting on a request.
